Virtual radio Since its first release in early 2005, VirtualRadio has quickly become Number One amongst Radio Players on Mobile Phones and today worldwide more than 700 Radio Stations are using VirtualRadio as their software partner for mobile phones and RadioPalmwine is now live on air with VirtualRadio in the "African - Wi-fi/3G" section.

Just type www.vradio.org in the browser of your mobile phone and download the software to your phone. Please make sure you have either a S60 3rd edition or a UIQ 3 phone. Some Nokia S60 2nd editon are supported too.

If you have a very modern phone, you can directly connect to the Internet by using Wi-fi (WLAN or hotspots) and you can hear radio without being charged by your mobile phone operator.

You can download Virtual Radio to your mobile phone for free by using one of the following links:
Download S60 3rd edition (LG KS10 JoY, Nokia 3250, Nokia 5500, Nokia 5700, Nokia 6110 Navigator, Nokia 6120 Classic, Nokia 6121 Classic, Nokia 6290, Nokia E50, Nokia E60, Nokia E61, Nokia E61i, Nokia E62, Nokia E65, Nokia E70, Nokia E90 Communicator, Nokia N71, Nokia N73, Nokia N75, Nokia N76, Nokia N77, Nokia N80, Nokia N91, Nokia N92, Nokia N93, Nokia N93i, Nokia N95, Samsung SGH-i400, Samsung SGH-i520)

Download S60 2nd edition (Nokia 6630, Nokia 6680, Nokia 6681, Nokia 6682, Nokia N70, Nokia N72, Nokia N90)

VirtualRadio is based on one single basic functionality: playing a given set of Internet radio channels. Just start up the player and it immediately starts playing audio. There is no need to define play lists or find and type in URLs. All you have to do is select from a given set of channels: Click and play! It’s easy!

VirtualRadio at the moment runs only on mobile phones with Symbian Operating System. VirtualRadio runs on Nokia S60 phones, SonyEricsson UIQ, Motorola, Siemens SX1, BenQ, Arima and Sendo X. To play VirtualRadio, you will need to have a working Internet connection from your mobile phone to your mobile phone operator's system. Make sure that have defined the Access point correctly. Use an "Internet" than a "WAP" access point. If in doubt ask your operator! VirtualRadio is a typical 3G application, but it can also be used on GPRS and EDGE networks.

Listening to VirtualRadio will create a lot of download traffic! If you do not have a "flat rate" payment plan or if you are not using a modern phone with Wi-fi capabilities, the unlimited download of sound can become very expensive very quickly! If in doubt, ask your operator!
