Being a young Nigerian female growing up in Raleigh, North Carolina Nyja's inspiration was the surge of energy that ran through her when her young eyes twinkled at the sight of rappers battling. Not Knowing that one day she would become a Queen of freestyle battles she set out at the tender age of 11 and let all her emotions explode from her mouth. Having to work twice as hard to earn her street credentials being from the suburbs paid off in the end .The rappers that had once given her the inspiration to reach her goal of becoming the queen of battle were stunned as she overcame her "I can do it but don't want to attitude" and let the voice of truth be heard.
