Enigma finalist, Gray Jon’z, comes through with a new joint “Money”. This serves as a prelude to his mixtape “The GRAY Theory” which should be out sometime this year. Yoruba rapper Base One also hops on this joint. Messy!
“Jones Ossai A.K.A Gray Jon’z, hails from Delta State, Nigeria. Currently based in Lagos Nigeria, the Producer/Rapper/Vocalist/Song Writer, currently signed under PXC Records is dedicated to bringing ‘The Next Gen Sound’ to the Nigerian music scene.Gray Jon’z was also a top ten finalist on the Don Jazzy Enigma Competition. Gray is currently working on a mixtape called ’The Gray Theory EP’ set to be released soon.Influences from Timbaland, Shebib ’40′ Noah, Kanye West, Drake, Dwele, Seether, Linkin Park and a few others have helped Gray realise that music isn’t just a form of expression but a form of identity, thereby bringing a classic idea of the word ‘Gray’ into music where there is a balance in all genres.
